Dallas Verhagen has joined Buynak, Fauver, Archbald & Spray.
The corporate business attorney will provide insight and services for business-related matters. He is working closely with the firm’s corporate partners.
Mr. Verhagen has experience representing clients in a variety of business law matters. He has worked with entrepreneurs, startups and established businesses.
Mr. Verhagen has provided advice on all aspects of business formation, operations, ventura capture financing and employment matters. He is also knowledgeable about the ever-changing regulations around the cannabis industry.

Mr. Verhagen earned his juris doctorate degree at Pepperdine University in Malibu and his bachelor’s at the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
