(3/12-1958 – 6/5/2012)
In memory of Barry Lunt who was always a loving husband, son and brother, as well as, devoted father and loyal friend. A year has now passed and your significant presence at family gatherings, your children’s activities and traditional events with family and friends has been deeply felt by all. We are thankful that your painful days ended and try daily to embrace the tremendous legacy you left in our lives and the lives of all the people you touched.
As this Father’s Day approaches and we gather at the Live Oak Music Festival to enjoy the music you so loved and share good times and memories with the significant people in your life, our thoughts will be of you and we will take comfort in the fact that you are at peace and are with us in spirit.
We will be spreading some of your ashes off the Santa Barbara coast, the ocean you so loved, but will forever have images of you standing on our deck studying the wave sets and assuring all of us that there truly is a flash of light as the sun sets.
Your tremendous legacy will be forever a part of our lives. Love, Grandma Joycie and Papa
