CARPINTERIA Carpinteria KopSun LLC will hold a cannabis information event on Feb. 27.
Titled “Leaf Learning,” the event will begin at 5 p.m. at the Carpinteria Woman’s Club, 1059 Vallecito Road in Carpinteria.
Speakers will explain the difference between hemp and marijuana, the endocannabinoid system, the difference between CBD and THC, dosing options, and methods of use.
A panel of cannabis experts will answer questions from the audience. Scheduled panelists are Dr. Margaret Peterson, pharmacist Dr. Constance McLaughlin-Miley, cannabis cultivator Autumn Shelton, and cannabis consultant Liz Rogan.
