72 – Passed away peacefully in Ojai, CA on March 20th after a long illness. She is survived by her children, Stephanie Copeland Tiffany, Jesse Copeland (Santa Barbara) and Elizabeth Copeland (Carpinteria). Rosalie was born in Los Angeles, CA on July 5, 1940 and moved to Carpinteria in 1965 with her husband Willard Copeland where she lived until her illness was diagnosed in 2005. She is predeceased by her husband, Willard in 1996. A celebration of her faith and life will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 27, 2013
