Margaret Anna was born in Santa Barbara, California, on December 29, 1930, the only child of Albert and Margaret Christiansen. Married nearly 50 years to Richmond Dicey, who passed away on December 8, 2007, she is survived by five children, Michael, William & daughter-in-law Karen, Joy & son-in-law Mike, Lisa and Russell, eight grand children, Brandy, Will, Ian, Daniel, Evan, David, Gentry and Kelli, and one great grandson, Kyle.
Margaret died on December 26, at home surrounded by those she loved very much. As her family, we were blessed to have her with us until God called her home, and forever thankful for the special time each and every one of us had with her to say, “I love you mom”, and to hear back…”I love you too!”
For all of us who love you “Mom”, you will always be in our hearts and minds, especially at Christmas time, when each year we will raise up our glasses to you (“skoal”!), and celebrate your life, birth and death all in one week, the same week as Jesus’ birthday!!
We love you Mom!! See you in Heaven!!
A private family ceremony will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery in Ballard, California on Saturday, January 26th.
