SANTA BARBARA The California Highway Patrol will conduct a DUI and driver’s license checkpoint from 9:15 p.m. tonight until 3:15 a.m. Saturday at an undisclosed location within the city of Santa Barbara.
Law enforcement will be on patrol in search of drivers under the influence of drugs or alcohol, who can be arrested, fined and have their licenses suspended.
Unlicensed drivers can be cited and their vehicles can be impounded.
