LOMPOC A fourth suspect in a gang-related shooting was arrested Friday, police said.
The 17-year-old boy, whom authorities said is an active gang member, was taken into custody and two firearms and ammunition were found, according to Lompoc Police Department news release.
One of the weapons is believed to have been the one used in Wednesday’s shooting, police said.
On Wednesday, several 9-1-1 callers reported gunshots in the area of North Q Street and West Apple Avenue. Officers detained three males, 18 year old Juan Duarte and two male juveniles.
The three suspects, who are documented gang members according to authorities, were positively identified as being involved in the shooting, police said.
