Age 85 Born March 17, 1927 in Beaver City, Nebraska. Passed away peaceftilly at her home in Santa Barbara, CA December 27, 2012. She married Richard Dean Hearn on August 24, 1951. Our Dad was the love of her life and she is reunited with him, her 2 sisters Wilda and Wilma, and our loving Checkers (AKA Chuckie) the Chihuahua in heaven now. Mom was introduced to our dad by his twin sister Jean McNeil. Mom was a secretary for many years until she had her 2 daughters.
Our mom was a kind and loving Christian soul. She loved to watch the flowers bloom and watch the butterflies go by, especially the yellow ones. She loved her daughters very much and we love her too. She will be dearly missed. Her Grandkids were the light of her life and always made her smile.
She is survived by her 2 daughters Dianne Hearn (Also ex-husband Luis Roberto Velasquez Sr.), and Debbie (Hearn) Gonzales (husband Al), grandchildren Luis, Timothy, Daniella, Alison, and Kristina; her great-grandchildren Lili’Ann, and Dante. Plus numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial service Saturday, January 26, 2013, 11:00 am. At Goleta Valley Church, 595 N. Fairview Ave., Goleta CA, 93117. Reception following. Advanced thanks to Cathy Morelos & Family & G.V.
