Steven Huerta has died of a brief illness. He leaves behind his ex wife Tina Messineo, his children Mia Mahernia, Marco Huerta and grand son River Mahernia
He Is survived by siblings Yolanda Andrade, Barbara Castro ( Amador) Margarita Huerta( Dave Buckley) and Victor Huerta and many beloved nieces and nephews.
Steven was born and raised in Santa Barbara which made him 4th generation. He worked for Raytheon for 16 years and received many awards for his innovative thinking. He was an amazing artist and passed his talent to his son. He loved the outdoors, music and spending time with friends and family. He will be greatly missed and has left a void that is irreplaceable. Rest in peace Daddy and paint the sky with the Angels
