SANTA BARBARA A pair of juveniles are being sought in connection with an armed robbery that occurred Wednesday afternoon at City Lot 10, 621 Anacapa St. in Santa Barbara.
The robbery was reported around 4:30 p.m. Initial reports indicated that a knife and a gun were used in the commission of the robbery, but it was later determined that only a knife was involved in the incident, said Sgt. Ethan Ragsdale, spokesman for the Santa Barbara Police Department.
As many as four male juveniles were involved. Two are accused of stealing a backpack with approximately $200 inside, Sgt. Ragsdale said.
The suspects were last seen fleeing the area on foot, according to scanner traffic.
The investigation is continuing.
