Susie was devoted to her family and many friends.
She was born in Melbourne Australia, she moved to this country when she was 12 years old. She attended Marlborough School in Los Angeles.
Her many passions included raising champion English Cockers, cooking, gardening, and spinning. When something else piqued her interest she would learn all she could about it.
Susie will be greatly missed by her many friends and family.
Susie is survived by her 4 children Carol Moore, Victoria LaFever (Clark Coutney), Alan LaFever (Anne), Robert LaFever (Shannon) , 6 Grandchildren Jessica Reed(Jake), Heather and Michelle LaFever, Dalton, Elise and Alaina LaFever, 3 Great Grandchildren Kayley Moore, Brooklyn and Jacob Reed. Cousin Rob Armstrong, Niece Melissa Youl (Frank) Nephew Andrew Cook (Amanda), Brother-in-Law William LaFever (Tina).
She is preceded in Death by her husband Minard LaFever, Her mother Mary Louise Noble, Father George Alan Newton and Sister Maryann Cook.
Funeral Services will be held Friday, May 17th 2013 at 1:00pm at Loper Funeral Chapel, Ballard Country Church, 2465 Baseline Ave, Solvang, CA 93463.
