SANTA BARBARA Scott McAninch will join Buynak, Fauver, Archbald & Spray, LLP of Santa Barbara as a new attorney, the firm has announced
Mr. McAninch joins the firm with a concentration in business and real estate.
Prior to working with BFAS, Mr. McAninch practiced in San Luis Obispo. There, he represented clients in various industries including wine, agricultural and real estate development.
His legal expertise includes advising on land and business acquisitions, corporate formation, residential and commercial leasing, and issues associated with real estate financing.
Mr. McAninch earned his juris doctorate at Golden State University School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
