I’m really confused now that the Council has voted to close all the parks at nighttime.
If there are no beds for the homeless, then aren’t they “legally” allowed to still use the public areas? Doesn’t this new law force homeless from the public parks back onto the public streets and freeway bivouacs?
There goes another freedom that penalizes the many because of a few ? no more after-dinner romantic walks in Santa Barbara’s public parks.
