Sacramento is so full of themselves. They’ve become so arrogant that now they believe that they can supersede federal law. Gov. Gavin Newsom and the rest of the ultra-liberals in Sacramento want to remove Donald Trump’s name from the ballot. Well, that’s illegal. If they do this, they will be violating both the 15th and the 26th amendments to the Constitution, which state “The right of citizens of the U.S. to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the U.S. or by any state.”
By taking this action, the Democrats in Sacramento are unlawfully abridging the upcoming ballot, therefore preventing Republican voters in this state from voting as they choose. That sounds a like communism to me. This is the problem when one party has a super majority – they stop acting like representatives of the people and begin to behave like overlords.
