
Tresia Logan, (Maxine Tresia Logan) 86, of Evergreen, Colorado passed away peacefully, Saturday morning, February 9th.
She is survived by her brother Glenn V. Taggart, Jr. of Overland Park, Kansas, two sons, Marc (Wendy) of Denver and Jeff (Lisa) of Santa Barbara, California, two daughters, Michelle (Richard) of Salem, Oregon, Lisa (Jean-Michel) of Geneva, Switzerland and her daughter in law Linda of Cambria, California. Tresia was preceded in death by her middle son Christopher (Linda), of Morro Bay, California, her ex-husband Henry of Santa Ynez, California and her brother Jack Taggart (Phyllis) of Shawnee Mission, Kansas.
Tresia was blessed to have 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Tresia was born in Topeka, Kansas, attended Topeka High School, She then went on to Washburn University, also in Topeka, majoring in psychology. While at Washburn, Tresia joined Delta Gamma Sorority and was a member for 67 years. Tresia enjoyed tennis and golf in her younger years and spent time modeling in San Francisco when she wasn’t busy raising her five children. A consummate mother and homemaker, Tresia was a gourmet cook and enjoyed preparing meals for her family and friends.
Over the years she collected a large library of cookbooks from around the world. She also loved to watch food and cooking channels. She was also a football fan and enjoyed watching Bronco games on TV. Tresia lived in Denver, Colorado; Atherton, California and Montecito, California (Santa Barbara) before settling down in Evergreen, Colorado in 1990.
Tresia requested an intimate memorial followed by the spreading of her ashes in Santa Barbara, California.
