December 29, 1927 – March 26, 2013
Eleanor was born in Cleona, PA, graduated, and was employed by The Bell Telephone Co. from 1945-1950. She married Joseph Magazino in 1950 and they enjoyed 63 years of their lives together. They had 5 sons, moved to Santa Barbara in 1964, where Eleanor worked for GM, then Cottage Hospital until 1990, where they retired in Orcutt, CA. She enjoyed cooking, shopping, golfing and visiting with relatives and friends and their annual trip to Palm Springs.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Joseph, Sr., and five wonderful sons: Joseph Jr., John (Carol), Carmen (Joanne), Gino and Michael (Kathleen). They were blessed with 9 grandchildren: Samson, Crystal, Benjamin, Timothy, Matthew, Nicholas, Jennica, Regina, Angelo; and 3 great grandchildren: Taylor, Tanner and Zachary. She is also survived by her sisters Doris (Bill) Yates, Janet (Robert) Trautman and her brother Donald (Marilyn) Myers. Her sister Lucille Collins preceded her in death. Private burial services will be held in Santa Barbara.
Mom, you may be gone, but will never be forgotten.
