Kyle Kenneth Hogue, 32, was booked into Santa Barbara County Jail on suspicion of carrying a concealed firearm, manufacturing a short barrel gun, manufacturing a lead cane, possession of unlawful paraphernalia, and being under the influence of a controlled substance, Kelly Hoover, spokeswoman for the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Department, said in a news release.
