Local comic book fans have a chance to meet Marvel writer Donny Cates from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. December 14 at Metro Entertainment.
The acclaimed writer for such titles as “Venom”, “Silver Surfer”, and “Guardians of the Galaxy” will meet fans and sign autographs at Santa Barbara’s 29 year old comic and game shop.
The event is ticketed. Interested readers can contact Metro at 805-963-2168 for $10 tickets that will get them line placement and two autographs. Customers can purchase up to 20 tickets.
Can’t make it? Metro will let you drop of your items and they will get them signed at $10 for 2 items with personalization options and a limit of 20 items.
Metro is also offering a VIP Experience. For $100 dollars, fans are guaranteed front of the line placement, will receive four autographs, and will join Mr. Cates for an exclusive dinner and conversation from 2 to 4 p.m. There are only 10 spots available.
