Beverly Francis McEachern, 83, passed away peacefully and surrounded by family on Sunday, March 17th, 2013 in Roseburg, Oregon. She was born on July 17 th, 1929 in Santa Barbara, California.
Bev was a kind, strong and witty person who will be greatly missed. She was a talented seamstress. Another hobby she enjoyed was raising cockatiels. Bev also devoted much of her time and energy to family members and her many friends.
She is survived by her three children: Alan Monie, Doug Monie, and Sharon Hohstadt. She was also a loving grandmother to six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at Pearson’s Funeral Home (2305 NE Diamond Lake Blvd., Roseburg, OR 97470) on Saturday, March 30th at 11:00am. The family would like extend a special thank you to the doctors and nurses at Mercy Medical Center for their care and kindness. There were too many to name individually, but everyone from the people who cleaned her room to the doctors all contributed to making her last days special and peaceful. Thank you.
