Cheralyn was born in Chicago, Illinois Oct 8th, 1955 to parents Benjamin R. Mortenson and Thelma M. Lagerwall Mortenson. While living in Santa Barbara, she worked for the Sheriffs Department and the County of Santa Barbara.
She was known for her magnetic smile, her kindness and her willingness to help anyone.
She was a good wife to Robert F. Hartman Jr and a wonderful mother to her two beautiful daughters, Schauna L. and Sabrina A. Hartman.
She will always be remembered lovingly!
