Born on November 3rd 1971, in Santa Barbara, was 41 when he returned to live with his Heavenly Father on January 14th, 2013. William valued his family. He is survived by his loving mother, Julie Nielsen, his younger sister, Lori Nielsen Thompson (Scott) and seven terrific nephews. Even though his life was short, too short, he was always a kind person with a great smile.
William attended San Marcos High School and he loved working on cars. Throughout his life William sought to find happiness and peace even though he did not often achieve his goal. This is a bittersweet time because we know that he is no longer with us here on earth, but we also know that he is in a better place with his grandmother Dolores (Dee) Nielsen whom he loved dearly. William will be sorely missed and he will never be forgotten.
