Grapes aren’t just for drinking! Chef Robin Goldstein will show students how to cook with grapes and wine 1 to 4 p.m. Jan. 13 at Hilliard Bruce Winery, 2075 Vineyard View Lane in Lompoc.
The wine country-inspired menu includes Warm Mulled Wine, Crab Beignets, Blue Cheese and Pear-Stuffed Pork Tenderloin, Cauliflower with Roasted Grapes and Warm Bacon Dressing and Mulled Red Wine Ice Cream.
Ms. Goldstein is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in New York and the author of many seasonal California-Mediterranean cuisine cookbooks, including: “A Taste of Santa Barbara” and “Simply Delicious Wine Country Recipes.”
