Beverly Wilson has been named Volunteer of the Year by the Lompoc Hospital District Foundation. Ms. Wilson, a certified public accountant, was honored for her years of volunteering her accounting services to the foundation, managing all state and federal charitable reports and responding to governmental requests, according to the organization. She is the “go-to person on all accounting matters,” said Alice Milligan, foundation president, in a statement. Ms. Wilson was recognized at a recent volunteer banquet at the Lompoc Valley Medical Center.
