90, passed away on May 10,2013, with her sisters Sarah Bolles and Connie Guillen by her side. Celia was born in Francisco del Rincon, Gto, Mexico on December 12, 1922 to Ignacio Pulido and Rodrigo Perez. She lived in the Midwest in her younger years and became a mother figure to her younger brothers and sisters when her parents passed away at an early age.
She is survived by her sisters, Sarah Bolles (Don), Eva Herrera (German), Connie Guillen and lots of nieces and nephews who loved her dearly. She is preceded in death by her father, Rodrigo Perez; her mother, Ignacio Pulido; brothers, Roberto, Carlos, Miguel and Alfonso and sister, Luz Maria.
A special thanks to her wonderful friends, Soledad Chavez, Esther Phelps, Oralia Ramirez, Elva Hernandez and Lilia Espinoza, she always enjoyed their Sundays around town and making lifelong memories. We would also like to thank Garden Court for making her last years so enjoyable and the amazing staff at Serenity House. We couldn’t thank you enough for all the love and support she was given in last 2 months.
No services will be held per her request.
