GOLETA The Goleta Planning Commission will hold a public hearing Monday night to consider a General Plan and Coastal Land Use Plan conformity determination for the acquisition of 7985 Winchester Canyon Road.
The hearing will be held at 6 p.m. in council chambers at City Hall, 130 Cremona Drive, Suite B.
The commission will discuss the acquisition of a 5,043-square-foot portion of Caltrans right-of-way on the northwest corner of Cathedral Oaks Road and Calle Real.
The vacant site has been exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act and is not on any lists of hazardous waste facilities or disposal sites, officials said.
The staff report will be available on the Planning Commission’s website at least 72 hours prior to the hearing.
