88, of Fairfield, passed away peacefully on January 28, 2013. She will be remembered as a loving and inspirational mother to Robin Rodgers, a mellow and easy-going mother-in-law to Steve Rodgers, and a beloved grandmother to Mark, Adam, and Nina Rodgers.
An avid reader and cook, her graciousness and uncanny ability to come up with the world’s funniest gifts will be sorely missed. Born in Chicago to the late Joseph and Helen Schokaz Reder, she resided in Santa Barbara, California before moving to Connecticut in 2005 to be closer to her daughter and grandchildren. She was married for 30 years to the late Jack Procunier and is predeceased by her son, Mark Procunier. Services will be private.
