SANTA BARBARA — A Recall Newsom rally will take place from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. today at the Santa Barbara County Courthouse Sunken Garden.
Guest speaker is Republican gubernatorial candidate Larry Elder.
The courthouse is at 1100 Anacapa St.
