65 passed away on March 4, 2013 at her home in Santa Barbara, CA. Born in Boise, Idaho, Rosanne graduated from UC Davis and earned her Juris Doctorate at Georgetown University. She spent most of her adult life in the Santa Barbara area working as an attorney in both public and private practice. Rosanne was an accomplished pianist, a talented painter, and had traveled the world extensively. Rosanne is survived by her brother Peter Whitby and her husband James Reid.
A Memorial Service will be held at McDermott-Crockett Mortuary 2020 Chapala St. Santa Barbara, CA on Wednesday March 13, 2013 at 12:00 PM at In addition a Celebration of Life will be held at the University Club on Sola & Santa Barbara St. at 1:00 PM immediately following the memorial service.
