The Santa Maria Police Department arrested 18-year-old Cristian Adrian Chavez Sandoval Thursday for his involvement in a robbery that occurred Aug. 24.
Mr. Sandoval was found to be in possession of a loaded firearm during his arrest, police said.
He was booked into Santa Barbara County Jail on robbery and firearm charges.
