GOLETA — A car rolled over and crashed into a tree at the Highway 101 southbound onramp at Los Carneros Road.
Fire crews arrived at the scene at about 9:30 a.m. Santa Barbara County Fire Department spokesman Capt. Daniel Bertucelli said fire crews had to extricate the driver from the wreckage. Paramedics evaluated the driver at the scene.
