With Easter Sunday just days away, Rosewood Miramar Beach, located in Montecito, wanted to do something special by offering Easter To-Go, a special service allowing local residents to enjoy an Easter basket full of a ton of goodies that they can enjoy from their own home.
For Philipp Posch, acting managing director of Rosewood Miramar Beach, his goal, along with the rest of the staff was to give the community something to smile about during such a tough time due to the coronavirus pandemic.
“We recently began offering takeout and delivery service daily, and with Easter coming up, we thought it would be especially nice to put together a selection of traditional Easter dishes for those looking to celebrate,” Mr. Posch told the News-Press.
The baskets were made possible due to the incredible effort of Executive Chef Massimo Falsini. He alongside his incredible food and beverage team at the resort were able to create an impressive Easter basket.
Inside the basket includes a three-course meal consisting of primi pasquali, two carvings complete with condiments, two sides and two desserts, with options for each course.
Some of the menu highlights included Classic Lasagna Bolognese, Roasted Longfin Yellowtail along with some chocolate, bread and other staples created by Mr. Falsini.
For the last few days, the Easter baskets were available for pre-order via Grubhub but, they were such a hit, that they have already sold out, much to the delight of the staff and Mr. Posch.
“The community has shown a great deal of support and interest in the Easter To-Go menu, which is wonderful to see. We are thrilled to play our part in making the community’s Easter celebrations special from home,” Mr. Posch said.
Overall, for Mr. Posch and the Rosewood Miramar Beach family, being able to deliver a fantastic experience to the homes of the local community is all they could ask for considering the tough times everyone is experiencing.
“During these difficult times, we wanted to offer our local community an opportunity to enjoy a taste of Rosewood Miramar Beach from home,” Mr. Posch said.
