GOLETA Goleta West Sanitary will be replacing a sewer line next week at the intersection of Storke and Phelps roads.
During daytime hours between Feb. 18 and 21, both northbound lanes on Storke Road will be closed between Whittier Drive and just north of Phelps Road. One lane of southbound and one lane of northbound traffic will be open during operations. Phelps Road east of Storke Road will remain closed for vehicles traveling eastbound, according to a news release.
One lane in each direction will be closed between Feb. 24 and 27 between Whittier Drive and just north of Phelps Road. The final phase of the project will begin Feb. 28, with the entire project expected to be completed by April 2020.
