SANTA BARBARA A pair of storm systems moving through Santa Barbara County were not expected to meet the thresholds for debris flows for recent burn areas, county officials said.
The first storm system moved in Friday night, with peak rainfall expected between 9 p.m. Friday and 2 a.m. today.
The second storm is expected early Sunday, with peak rainfall rates between 4 a.m. and noon, according to an Aware and Prepare alert issued by the county Friday night.
