LOMPOC Two suspected gang members were arrested on firearm charges Sunday afternoon in Lompoc, police said.
At approximately 12:48 p.m. Feb. 23, police responded to the 200 block of East College Avenue for a report of subjects in possession of a firearm. Officers located 22-year-old Fernando Salazar and 18-year-old Angel Morgan. Mr. Salazar was found to be in possession of a loaded firearm, according to the Lompoc Police Department.
“Both Salazar and Morgan are documented gang members,” police said in a news release. “Morgan has also been served with the City of Lompoc Gang Injunction. Both subjects were arrested for numerous gang and firearm related charges.”
