Deciding to further her education, Louise pursued a degree in nursing. Louise graduated from Santa Barbara City College and earned an AS degree in nursing with a focus in psychiatry. Louise retired from Cottage Hospital in 2005 after a 30-year career.
Norb and Louise divorced 1980 and remained friends.
A Passion for travel led Louise to Russia, Sweden, Germany and France. Her most favorite destination was Norway. She “felt at home” in Norway. Louise’s most memorial trip to Norway was with her mother. Together, they had a trip of a lifetime.
