BUELLTON Two people suffered critical injuries in a single-vehicle rollover crash Friday morning in the 200 block of State Route 246 in Buellton, authorities said.
The crash was reported at 10:56 a.m. Arriving units discovered a white, four-door Mazda on its roof with two people trapped inside, said Capt. Daniel Bertucelli, spokesman for the Santa Barbara County Fire Department.
Both patients were transported to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital, including one via ground ambulance and the other via Calstar helicopter, Capt. Bertucelli said.
The California Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of the crash.
