UBS Sycamore Wealth Management Senior Vice President Lori Daffron made Forbes’ list of the top 250 women wealth advisors in the country.
The list was released on April 30. Over 7,000 women were nominated according to a UBS news release. Ms. Daffron was ranked number 230 on the list.
According to a statement released by Ms. Daffron on Tuesday, she graduated Summa Cum Laude from Chico State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 1985. She became a certified financial planner in 1996.
“I desired a career where I could channel my energy and knowledge in a way to help people – the financial services industry offers that opportunity,” said Ms. Daffron.
Her team includes Vice President of Wealth Management Harrison Croff and Rachael Stiny, a Client Service Associate. They manage $420 million in total assets and their average client account size is $1.5 million.

Ms. Daffron said she starts her work day at around 4:30 a.m., researching global market trends and world news in her home office to “anticipate potential impact on client investment portfolios.”
She arrives at the Sycamore Wealth Management office, located at 222 E. Carrillo St., Suite 106, at around 6:15 a.m and works until the early afternoon.
“Our daily routine and execution is grounded in our team’s investing philosophy: ‘our job is to protect our client’s lifestyle by adopting and maintaining a strategic vision with realistic goals, which is unique to each relationship,'” said Ms. Daffron.
Ms. Daffron says the personal and professional relationships and friendships she has developed over the years make her job especially rewarding.
“Watching our multi-generation families grow and have the financial security to make decisions based on being informed and empowered,” said Ms. Daffron of her pride in her work.
