61, of Honokaa died at her residence December 23, 2012. She was born Sept 09, 1951 in Santa Barbara, Ca. Patricia settled in Honokaa Hawaii in 2001. She loved outdoors activities. She said she went from one paradise to another.
Preceded in death by her father John Urzua and nephew Nathaniel Dovgin.
Patricia will be forever loved by her daughter, Vanessa Polis Krohn and granddaughter, Graycie Gaffee, Mother Yolanda Carbajal & Stepfather Fred Vega, Sisters Beatrice Urzua Dvorak, Catherine Urzua Dovgin, Brothers John Urzua, Anthony Urzua, Michael Urzua, David Urzua and by all who knew her.
Friends are welcome for graveside memorial services; February 23rd at 11:00a.m. at Cavalry Cemetery, Santa Barbara, Ca. Donations may be made to Hospice of Santa Barbara.
