Where was the flag on Memorial Day?

There were no flags on the Memorial Walk in Elings Park in Santa Barbara.

Matter of fact, nary a sign of Old Glory in the entire park. Park administrators should be very ashamed. The Memorial Walk for Santa Barbara’s fallen looks very neglected. So sad. They gave their tomorrows for our today.
